TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Contact shall be made initially between realtors/brokers representing buyers and sellers.
2. Buyers shall meet the seller at their home or storage unit, or a previously agreed upon location. 3. Transactions may be paid in cash, or with Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, or PayPal.
3. Buyers are responsible for moving furniture out of the home and transporting it. (See vendor referrals for moving help.)
4. Sellers shall be available at the agreed-upon meeting time and place, or the seller’s agent may be available to meet with buyers.
5. Sellers may sell additional items to a buyer, but all sales must be reported to R.E.F.E.
6. Sellers and their agents may upload all items for sale to the website using the pricing guide.
7. All listings must contain clear photos, measurements, and a basic description.
8. All sales will be charged a flat fee of 20% of the purchase price.
9. Real Estate Agents and Brokers are required to register on this site for use with buyers and sellers they
   are representing. Listings and tools on this site may be shared with clients. Individual sellers and their
   agents are responsible for providing accurate photos, measurements, and descriptions to the best of
   their knowledge. Any known flaws or damage must be disclosed. R.E.F.E. and our members will not be
   held liable for misrepresentations or damage that occurs during the transport of items. R.E.F.E. and our
   members will not be held liable for personal injuries that may occur during a transaction. Homeowners
   and visitors are responsible for obtaining appropriate private insurance as is deemed reasonable. Buyers
   may inspect items prior to purchase. We do not recommend shipping, but if necessary, shipping costs
   will be paid for by the buyer and insured through the carrier. All sales are final and returns will not be
   accepted due to the nature of the sale.
