Why are the prices so low?
The items we sell on this site are being sold by listing agents and home owners that are in the process of downsizing for a move. With escrow typically lasting 30 days, they have a short period of time to sell items they don’t want to keep. Our sellers are very motivated and prices are discounted to sell quickly and easily.
Do I have to sign up to purchase items?
A membership is not required to buy items in our shop. Simply add to cart and purchase the item you want. Then work with the seller to book an appointment and pick up your items.
How do I pick up the items I purchase?
After you purchase an item, you should receive an email with instructions for next steps. Didn’t receive an email? Get in touch with us!
I want an item that is already sold. What can I do?
We have a wishlist so agents and brokers can see when there is a need for an item. Add your desired item to the wish list and our agents will list it if they have it! Add an item to the wishlist.

Is it really free to sign up? What's the catch?
Signing up as an agent to list your items and set up your shop is completely free! We take 20% of the money made on an item to cover our costs.
If you need help setting up your store, we can help with that for a minimal fee. Contact us to learn more.
I'm not a real estate agent or broker. Can I list my items?
Not at this time. This site is designed to connect real estate agents and their clients. While purchasing items is open to the public, listing items is exclusively offered to real estate agents and brokers.
