Terms and Conditions:

1. Contact shall be made initially between realtors/brokers representing buyers and sellers.
2. Buyers shall meet the seller at their home or storage unit, or a previously agreed upon location.
3. Transactions may be paid in cash, or with Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, or PayPal.
4. Buyers are responsible for moving furniture out of the home and transporting it. (See Our Partners for moving help.)
5. Sellers shall be available at the agreed upon meeting time and place, or the seller’s agent may be available to meet with buyers.
6. Sellers may sell additional items to a buyer, but all sales must be reported to R.E.F.E.

Safety Protocols

1. Buyers shall provide their full name, cell number, and a brief description of their vehicle.
2. Sellers shall provide their full name, cell number, and any instructions for entry, such as gate codes or guarded entrance requirements.
3. Realtors/Brokers may accompany buyers and sellers as deemed appropriate.

Item disclaimer

1. Agents and their sellers shall be held harmless for any unintentional misrepresentations. All items will be described as accurately as possible and photos shall not be altered or misleading.
2. Buyers shall pay the requested price as listed online, unless the seller agrees to apply a discount. All sales are final and buyers may not return items, or charge sellers for any flaws not apparent at the time of purchase.
